Seemingly, everybody in the world loves coffee. And it is that proliferation that could possibly make coffee the number one cause of stains in the world. Regardless of how the stain came about, from usage or from spillage, everybody wants coffee stain removal ideas. Some of the ideas that follow are simple while others may take more work and a bit of money.
The easiest coffee stain removal is from non-porous materials that are easy to rinse. A coffee cup or a coffee carafe are two examples. A solution of bleach and water can be used to soak the container, then wipe with a soft, soapy cloth and finish with a good rinse with water is all that it should take. This coffee stain removal technique is also good for counters or any other area were bleach can be used and a good rinse can be done.
In other areas where one may not be able to rinse well like a percolator or coffee maker one can try vinegar for coffee stain removal. This is a good idea because the vinegar taste may linger if one cannot rinse well but at least it will not be toxic or corrosive like bleach would.
The most difficult area to remove stains is on material. Whether the material be cloth, carpet, or upholstery finding a good coffee stain removal method is difficult. Most likely you will have to buy a quality home stain removal product. Try to choose a good stain remover that is non-toxic and removes stains on contact. Rather than a product where one has to soak and scrub to remove the stain. Also, try to find one that has a pleasing scent.
It is a good idea to just have it on hand.
